Tommy’s Place is an eight-bed residential facility in Ravenna, Ohio, designed to serve Portage County residents experiencing homelessness alongside mental health, substance use or justice-involved challenges. The facility addresses a well-documented gap in temporary housing for individuals whose complex needs often prevent them from accessing traditional residential options. Guests at Tommy’s Place will have access to safe, temporary housing and are offered wraparound support that includes mental health and substance use counseling, peer support, case management, and connections to Townhall II’s Medication-Assisted Treatment clinic and other community-based services.
