We want you to understand the types of information we collect as you use our services. 

While we may collect information to provide better services to you and our other clients, all patient information is kept strictly confidential and is secured through a third-party, HIPAA-compliant system called NextGen. None of your personal information is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data ProtectionHow We Secure your Data 

We currently offer paper forms for clients to complete on intake. These intake forms are stored in a secure vault and may be scanned into a third-party, secure, data vault. As a healthcare provider, our third-party data storage providers guarantee HIPAA compliance and data security. 

 

Website Privacy 

Our website does not collect personal information from website visitors. At this time, we do not offer interactive contact forms on the site. If that changes, this policy will be updated. 

Google Analytics provides an anonymized view of our web traffic, which is useful for tracking the number of site visitors and which pages are visited most. This data is not attached to specific website visitors and website traffic is reported in weekly, monthly and annual increments. 

Google’s anonymized data collection includes unique identifiers, browser type and settings, device type and settings and device operating system. 

 

User Rights: Your Rights to Your Data 

You have a right to review specific, personal data that is stored in our systems and to obtain a print copy of that data by request.    

You may request the deletion of your personal data. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For example, if you haven’t paid an invoice for services, we cannot delete your records from the system. There are legal requirements that govern the timeframes for storing medical data that may restrict the deletion of data. 

You may change your personal data collection settings by opting in and out of various communication channels.    

  

Opt-In and Opt-OutCommunications Preferences 

If you have provided personal information for communications purposes such as a phone number, e-mail address or postal mailing address, you will be given the option to authorize communications on those channels, which we refer to as your communication preferences. 

For example, you must consent to receive text messages before Townhall II is allowed to text you. Consent for text messages may be revoked at any time by replying “STOP”
