Counseling for adults and adolescents

Alcohol and drug counseling services include: assessment, individual counseling, intensive outpatient treatment groups, aftercare groups, and dual-diagnosis Mental health counseling services include: assessment, individual counseling, group counseling Horizon House: Minimum 90-day halfway house treatment program for women of child bearing age, pregnant women, women with children and any woman meeting level of care criteria. Horizon House can serve females 18 or over from any county in Ohio.

Combines the expertise of local agencies to help in the immediate aftermath of an unusual and traumatic event which impacts a group of people. A call to Townhall II’s Helpline will activate the network.

Child Violence Prevention Programs, which include body safety, bully prevention, and child abuse prevention for professionals; HIV Prevention and testing; Sexual Assault Prevention; Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Prevention. Programs are for children, adolescents, parents, and professionals.

Mediation

Mediation is a communication method that brings people together to talk about issues that are causing conflict. Townhall II provides Truancy Mediation, community and outreach mediation, mediation for divorce and child visitation, family conflicts, workplace difficulties, and landlord disputes.

Project Detour DUI School

Project Detour is a 72 hour state certified driver intervention program for first-time DUI offenders. Participants must be 18 years of age and convicted of driving under the influence of a chemical substance.

Crime Victim Services

Provides advocacy, crisis intervention, counseling, and education for victims of violent crime. Townhall II is the rape crisis center for Portage County.
