What is the Medical Clinic?

The Medical Clinic provides free medical care for adults in Portage County who are uninsured.  Townhall II’s Clinic offers treatment for general medical problems such as:

§         Diabetes

§         Hypertension

§         Sinus and respiratory infections

§         Urinary tract infections

§          Sexually transmitted diseases

The Clinic also provides wellness and preventive care which includes:

§         Basic medical and work physicals

§         TB testing

§         Tetanus shots

§         Routine pap and breast exams

§         Cholesterol testing

OUR CLINIC DOES NOT SEE EMERGENCIES

 
Who is eligible?

Portage County residents who are low-income and uninsured

What is the cost?

The program is provided through funding received from the Portage County Commissioners, United Way of Portage County and Robinson Memorial Hospital. There is no cost for office visits to eligible patients.  Nominal fees are charged to cover lab fees.
