Crime Victim Services
Townhall II is the rape crisis center for Portage County and specializes in services to
assist victims of sexual assault.
We provide advocacy, crisis intervention, counseling, and education for
victims of violent crimes.
Victim Outreach and Advocacy
Townhall II provides hospital advocacy and support to victims of violent crime, providing
information and referrals for services ensuring that survivors are treated fairly when
accessing those services.
24-hour Crisis Intervention
Specially trained staff handle sexual assault and other crisis calls 24 hours a day to assist
victims with questions and accessing other needed services.
Counseling
A caring and professional licensed counselor is available to provide individual and group
counseling for survivors of sexual assault/trauma and other violent crimes.
Prevention and Education
Our Sexual Assault Prevention Specialist educates youth and adults on ways to
prevent rape and sexual assault.

(VOCA) or State Victims Assistance

Sexual Assault Support Group
If you have experienced a sexual assault and would
like to join others in a support group setting,
Townhall II is now accepting participants. Please
contact 330-678-3006 or email info@townhall2.com.
The free and confidential support group is a way to
start the healing process in the aftermath of
experiencing sexual trauma.
For the safety and well-being of all support group
participants there is an initial meeting with the group
facilitators to ensure that the support group is the
appropriate fit for you.
